This page explains how Dont4get handles appointment, reminder and account data.

Last updated: 26 June 2026

1. What Dont4get does

Dont4get helps users receive appointments from connected organizations in one central app, configure personal reminder preferences and respond when supported.

2. Data we expect to process

  • Contact data such as phone number and optional email address.
  • Appointment data such as title, time, status, location, organization and supported actions.
  • Reminder preferences such as push settings, timing, route-aware preferences and tone preferences.
  • Source metadata needed for deduplication, support, security and auditability.
  • Limited AI usage metadata when AI is used for appointment classification or extraction.

3. How we use data

We use data to deliver appointments, show reminders, support user-controlled reminder settings, prevent duplicate appointment intake, provide support and maintain a secure service. AI output is treated as suggestion or decision support, not as final automated decision-making for high-impact actions.

4. Connected service data

If Dont4get uses external login, calendar, routing or messaging features, data from those services is used only for the feature requested by the user. We do not sell user data or use it for unrelated advertising profiles.

5. Data minimization

Dont4get is designed to avoid storing raw mailbox content, full SMS inbox histories or unrelated messages by default. Appointment-related data should be reduced to the fields needed for reminders, auditability and user control.

6. Current security measures

Current design principles include data minimization, explicit user permission for sensitive app features, controlled appointment intake, auditability for appointment changes and role-based access for business workflows.

7. Future certification roadmap

Dont4get is working toward ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001 and NEN 7510 certification by 1 January 2027 and already works largely according to these standards. Until certificates are formally issued by accredited auditors, this is a roadmap statement and not current proof of certification.
