Data Deletion Instructions

Users can request deletion of Dont4get account, appointment and connected service data.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to privacy@dont4get.io.
  2. Use the subject line: Delete my Dont4get data.
  3. Include the phone number or email address connected to the Dont4get account.
  4. If the request concerns a connected service, mention the account or app feature involved.

What we delete

After identity verification, Dont4get will delete or anonymize account data, appointment data, reminder preferences, source metadata and connected service data that is no longer required for legal, security or audit obligations.

What may be retained temporarily

Limited audit records may be retained where required to prevent fraud, prove deletion handling, comply with legal obligations or protect platform security. These records should be minimized and access-controlled.

Expected handling time

During the prototype phase, requests are handled manually. Production deletion workflows will be automated and auditable. We aim to respond within 30 days unless a shorter legal period applies.
