When the platform holder sends a logo, phone number, email address and geo-location with the appointment, dont4get can turn a simple reminder into a useful travel-aware prompt. With permission from the recipient, the app can use current location and traffic conditions to estimate when it is time to leave.

With optional Inbox Mode, dont4get can recognize appointment-related SMS messages and convert them into reminders. Users can also send simple SMS updates to others, for example to share an appointment, arrival time or important reminder.

No-show reduction

The recipient gets the app for free. The platform holder pays because empty slots are expensive.

Because platform operators send appointments directly into dont4get, recipients do not have to copy anything themselves. The appointment arrives centrally on their phone, reminders are triggered automatically, and location-aware prompts can account for travel time and traffic. Supported cancellations or reschedules can flow back before the time slot is lost.

The platform starts with a clean appointment API and a connector model. When no API exists, dont4get supports controlled email intake, SMS intake and outbound SMS sharing so appointments can still become reminders.
